Futureline Technologies : Simplifying Business Process Automation with Consulting driven 3S Approach

CIO Vendor Businesses are increasingly looking to adopt automation so that they can streamline their day-to-day business operations. Business Process Automation has emerged as the solution for them, helping them achieve digital transformation, increase service quality and improve the service delivery. However, implementing a standalone solution is not the ultimate cure and businesses are gradually realizing that the solution must have a consulting attribute implicit in it which can ensure that the end result is aligned with the business objective.

Delhi based Futureline Technologies with its consulting driven 3S (Standardization, Simplicity and Service Quality) approach helps organizations in achieving this. The company integrates business consulting and IT consulting into its business automation services, guiding businesses from ideation to execution.

Since business processes in any organization are interlinked, any action taken on one process has a considerable impact on the other processes as well. The solution to this is process standardization with streamlining the process transition. Futureline standardizes business processes through its Business Process Automation service so that the processes can be implemented at crossfunctional level with minimalistic conflicts. The company makes processes simpler by removing the redundancies and modifying less user-friendly processes into more streamlined and user-friendly ones. When it comes to Service Quality, Futureline tries to improve upon the way a process is currently being executed by its clients so that it is more efficient and effective. Moreover, the company provides cost effective, compatible, adaptable and agile solutions as per the customer specifications.

“Our IT consulting is diffused around our entire business services offering. We do not just look at the particular project but the business as a whole and try to understand the commercial and strategic requirement at hand.
After assessing the situation, we design a customized solution to address not only the issue concerned but also ensure the solution’s compatibility with business strategy. We also see to it that it is agile enough to cope up with the dynamism of the business environment,” says Kuldeep Lamba, Director, Futureline Technologies.

Four step process for delivering end-to-end solutions
Futureline has identified a unique process they refer as APIM (Assess, Plan, Implement and Monitor) in delivering end-to-end solutions to its customers. The very first phase in the process is Assessment. “We follow an unbiased assessment to initiate the process and put ourselves in the user’s position to deliver solutions according to the user requirements,” says Kuldeep. Then comes the most crucial phase of the process which is the Planning phase where the solution is further developed in as much detail as possible and the steps necessary to meet the project’s objective are planned. “Futureline always tries to provide situation specific and highly customized solution for the client’s requirements, this along with a drive to understand requirements and impact on all the stakeholders involved helps Futureline stand out from the rest,” adds Kuldeep.

The third phase is the implementation phase which involves executing the project plan. As the project unfolds, the team produces the deliverables. Futureline not only engages with its customers till the implementation phase, but it also stays with them even after the project is delivered. The company does not consider its job done after the delivery of the solution, and monitors it throughout to make sure the new process is actually achieving all the expectations which constitute the fourth phase.
